Warranty and Legal Information
Many of our competitors offer short or no warranty on their repairs, and we don't feel that is right. We have confidence in our quality parts and skilled technicians and stand behind our work to ensure our customers are always satisfied.
Any part that we repair is guaranteed to function properly for the next 1 year. We have found that if a part can last this long, you can expect to not have issues with it moving forward.
If we repair a part on your phone and it malfunctions within 1 year, bring it back to us and we will prioritize your repair and ensure that this part is repaired or replaced as quickly as possible.
If your device is damaged via customer accident such as drops, liquid damage, or other accident, we cannot honor the warranty but will be happy to repair your device again for you as efficiently as possible. Unfortunately, if there are any signs of physical damage including cracks, pressure cracks, chips, scratches or other visible defects to the repaired part we cannot honor the warranty.
Certified Phone Repair and it's owners are not liable for data loss or non device/part value lost due to a rare circumstance of a faulty repair. We work hard to ensure proper techniques and training of all staff but cannot be held responsible for data loss in a rare scenario that the repair is faulty. We are also not responsible for any potential manufacturer warranties that are voided as a result of work completed.
All customer provided contact information will not be shared with any company outside Certified Phone Repair and may be used occasionally for local contact and offers only direct from Certified Phone Repair - opting out is always optional and followed.
