You can send us your device(s) and we will repair them and send them right back to you. The process usually takes about 3-5 days and is a convenient way for you to get a repair done without actually driving to and from one of our locations.
Don't have a backup phone during the repair period? Let us know in your request notes, and we'll try to coordinate a solution for you.

Check Your Email
Within 24 hours we will send you a repair estimate and specific shipping instructions.
Package and Ship
Package your device(s) and ship them to the repair facility address we sent you. We
recommend using bubble wrap or other secure packing materials.
Pay for the Repair
We will begin repairing your device soon after we receive it. After successful repair confirmation, we will request payment via PayPal or credit card over the phone.
As soon as payment is received, we will ship your repaired device back to you. We pay for this return shipping.
